Mold kits ship within 24 hours, and once your impression is received, your custom Grillz are crafted in 1–2 weeks from start to finish.

Are the products real gold or silver?
Yes, our Grillz are made from real 925 sterling silver. If you choose gold or rose color, we use real gold plating. If you want solid 10K gold, you will need to go to the separate 10K gold product listing to order that option.
How will the grillz fit me?
Your Grillz will fit because we use a mold of your teeth. We send you a mold kit and help you on a video call while you bite into the mold. We then use that mold to make your custom Grillz so they fit your teeth just right.
How do I take care of my grillz?
To take care of your Grillz, gently clean them with a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Rinse them with water and dry them before putting them away. Do not sleep, eat, or smoke with your Grillz on, and keep them in their case when you’re not wearing them so they stay clean and safe.
